How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Mention the Reason of Return
  • Supporting images (if the product is damaged or incorrect).

Approval Process

  • Once we receive your return request, our team will review it within 2 business days.
  • If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Returning the Product

  • The product must be returned to us in its original packaging along with any accompanying accessories, tags, or manuals.
  • Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  • In case of damaged/defective products, we will arrange for a free pick-up.

Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: RootMyHeart will bear the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns: Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Scenarios

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Full refund, including shipping charges, will be provided.
