Placing Order

How to Place an Order

  • Browse our product categories and add items to your cart.
  • Review your cart to ensure accuracy in quantities and product selection.
  • Proceed to checkout and provide billing, shipping, and payment information.
  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Order Modifications/Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before shipment.
  • After 24 hours/after shipment, the order is processed, and changes may no longer be possible.

  • Standard/Surface Shipping: Complimentary shipping for orders above ₹1500 in Pimpri Chinchwad region.
  • Express Shipping: Additional charges apply and vary by location.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before finalising your purchase.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days of confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and location – Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days and Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, customs clearance, or logistical issues.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp.
  • You can use this link to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Packaging

  • All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Eco-friendly, recyclable and sustainable packaging materials are used wherever possible.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2-3 delivery attempts if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Order Issues and Support

Damaged or Missing Items
